Preschool Ministry
|
| We love children at Forest Lake, and
we strive to make your preschoolers feel safe and loved. Our goal is to share
the love of Christ with every child, and to minister socially and spiritually.
Come and visit the
ARC
(our preschool ministry
center). At Forest Lake that's what everything is about....About
Reaching
Children
for Christ. In the
ARC,
each room is designed to
meet your child's special needs. In each classroom you will find an attractive,
inviting, and safe environment where your child can learn and play. Our
teachers are loving, caring people who have joined the Preschool Ministry Team.
They are prepared to make your child's experience a successful one. Your 3 to 5
year old preschooler can stay in the
ARC
for ETC (Extended Teaching Care) while
you attend our 10:30 AM worship service on Sunday mornings.

Children's Ministry

Children are very important to us at
Forest Lake. We want every child to feel welcome. It is our goal to share the
love of Christ with every child who comes here. We have so much to offer your
child at Forest Lake. Our children's ministry wing is unique and inviting.
CrossROAD Children's Ministry understands that kids are at a cross
roads in life. It is our mission to help each child find the way of life and
truth. We offer special events each week to help your child discover which way
to go.

Sunday:
Every Sunday morning at 9:30AM we get
to go to Bible Study! Caring leaders in clean, pretty rooms have prepared for a
special time to learn about God.
|
|
At 10:30AM our service of worship
begins. We enjoy this time as we join our parents in praise, prayer
and worship. Our Children often lead in worship through Creative Ministries,
including Hands Held High Puppet Team, and Children's Music Ministry, which
includes Kid's Choir and Praising Hands Signing Choir. These teams use
puppets, drama, and interpretive music to share our faith with others.

Sunday afternoon
(5PM) is a great time to come to Forest Lake. From August
through May we rehearse Puppets and Kid's Choir while parents
and adults meet for Small Group studies. |

Wednesday 6-7PM
Bible Drills, Skills and Thrills: If you're looking for a
way to build strong Bible Skills in the life of your child, then
look no further than Bible Drills, Skills and Thrills. |
